Growing Edge Resources is available to offer facilitation services for groups, organizations (profit and non-profit), and even congregations seeking to have retreats around strategic planning, visioning, and staff development. Growing Edge Resources will work with the organization in designing the outcomes and flow of the retreat / even. Consulting can also be provided upon request.
Coaching
Growing Edge Resources provides personal coaching in the areas of personal development, leadership, life management, and transitions. Rates are $75 for a one-hour coaching session. Coaching sessions can be scheduled on an “as needed” basis or as a package. If a package is desired, it’s recommended that it be up to at least three months in order to gain the desired results. Discounts are available for extended packages.
Conversations
Growing Edge Resources offers Congregational Coaching for churches seeking to move forward and get unstuck. As a certified Congregational Coach, Scott will work with the congregation in naming their desired outcomes and journey with them in their discovery of their “next steps” towards their own flourishing future. As a Congregational Coach, Scott guides the congregation in asking the right questions that enable them to discern and design their own future in partnership with God. This typically is a three to six-month process. Rates are negotiated depending on travel, size of the congregations, and time required to work with the congregation.
Consultation
Through the services of Growing Edge Resources, Scott is available for speaking events (keynote, service, clubs, special congregational events) as well as retreat leadership. The Retreat Leadership can be for faith groups (ie, churches) as well as businesses and non-profits. Scott will meet with the planners to help design a retreat theme and format that will offer a fruitful and beneficial experience for all involved.
